I purchased a newer Dell laptop from a private party, and immediately began experiencing OS problems. Dell refused to offer any technical assistance because the prior owner was no longer available to transfer ownership and all warranties (including tech support) to me. After many failed attempts with computer superstores and local computer service shops I contacted Dale at the Flagstaff, Arizona DATA DOCTORS. Dale promptly made few suggestions that immediately cleared up most problems and offered for me to bring in the laptop for a free evaluation, at which point he, again at no cost, made recommendations that completely fixed the problem. That's customer service!!! Any money that I will have to spend in the future on any computer needs will definitely go to Data Doctors. Dale's very knowledgeable, he's the man!!!

I just returned from my first visit to Data Doctors. I was having a problem getting my Toshiba laptop to boot up. I arrived at the Pinnacle Peak store about closing time and met Steve and Elaine Davies. Not only did they stay late on a Friday evening, but had my problem fixed within 15 minutes. When I asked how much I owed them, I was shocked when they replied "no charge".
I'm a Realtor, and it seems that someone is always having a computer problem at my brokerage, so I took some DD cards with me to put on the bulletin board. Also, my broker has been looking to update our very old office computers, but is frustrated with the pimply faced kids at Gateway and other stores. I told him about DD being just down the street, and he thinks that would be a great idea. If we have any problems DD is nearby, instead of sending them off somewhere to be fixed. And we can have computers built to our needs.
