Al corrected my desk top computer that had been badly infected by a scammer. The entire process took about 12 hours over two days. throughout he was always, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated great expertise! Always understanding! Not only is he deserving of great commendation, but he has to be one of the best I've ever encountered and should be properly recognized and rewarded!
