If your computer or motherboard does not properly support Universal Serial Bus (USB), when you connect a second USB device to the USB port on your Windows 98-based computer while the computer is running, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen: "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:FF027A60 in VXD HIDCLASS(01) 00000F40 The current application will be terminated." If this occurs, you most likely are not properly setup to use USB Contact the manufacturer of the computer or motherboard to get the proper drivers needed to use Universal Serial Bus (USB)
