What do I do to back up a Microsoft Word file? I see no place to click "back up," as in my

QuickBooks program.

To whom it may concern:

To backup a file is very simple The best way to backup a file is to take a floppy disk and save that same file on the floppy disk that you saved on your computer that you wanted to backup If the file is too big for a floppy drive you can always back it up to burn the file onto a CD, get an external harddrive, and/or use a Thumb Drive This is manually backing up the file, so if you somehow delete or lose the original on the computer you will always have a backup on another drive, CD, or even floppy disk.

Dimitrios Theodorou
